11. Payment Terms

15. Termination and Cancellation
Subscribers may manage their subscription, including pausing, resuming, or cancelling, through their profile accessible at https://unlimitedyoutubeideas.manyrequests.io/settings/profile/subscriptions This management includes the ability to adjust subscription settings as needed directly through the service portal.Subscribers pay upfront for each month of service. UnlimitedViralIdeas.com will do everything possible to ensure that the ideas are actionable and tailored to yield results. However, the Provider can only be held responsible if the execution meets the necessary standards to achieve the desired outcomes.The 100% refund and any other performance-based guarantees offered by UnlimitedViralIdeas.com apply solely to the quality and delivery of the ideas and creative content. These guarantees do not cover the subsequent execution of these ideas by the Subscriber, nor the direct performance metrics of any content produced based on the provided ideas.

17. Force Majeure

The Provider understands the importance of continuous access for the Subscriber to manage their subscription and access services.In the case of any service disruptions or downtime of the portal system/website due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, server failures, or significant network outages ("Force Majeure events"), the Subscriber will be credited additional days to their subscription equivalent to the duration of the disruption. 18. Legal Compliance
This Agreement, and any disputes arising from or related to the Agreement or the services provided by UnlimitedViralIdeas.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Oscarvltr Limited commits to implementing suitable measures to secure data against unauthorized access or breaches.Any data breach will be reported to the Subscriber and appropriate authorities as required by law within 72 hours of Oscarvltr Limited becoming aware of it.UnlimitedViralIdeas.com commits to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data collected from Subscribers, including, but not limited to, name, contact information, and payment details. The Subscriber’s personal data will be used solely to provide and improve the Services, process transactions, and communicate with the Subscriber regarding their account or services.The Subscriber acknowledges that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy of UnlimitedViralIdeas.com, which outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. This policy is available on the UnlimitedViralIdeas.com website and is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

20. Disclaimers
Oscarvltr Limited provides all services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Due to the subjective and varying nature of content success on platforms like YouTube, Oscarvltr Limited does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of its services.Any cause of action or claim the Subscriber may have concerning the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. This limitation ensures that disputes are brought to attention and resolved promptly, reducing prolonged liability.

21. Agreement Duration and Renewal
This Agreement is on a monthly rolling basis, with fees paid upfront for each month period. The Subscriber may choose to resubscribe at the end of each month period.The first week of each PRO tier subscription month is dedicated to initial analysis and planning, including the full channel analysis and action plan development. This period is crucial for the strategy and results of the Subscribers YouTube channel

22. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, maintaining the original intentions of the parties to the fullest extent possible. If such modification is not possible, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be severed from this Agreement. However, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. This ensures that the entirety of the Agreement does not become void due to the unenforceability of a single clause.

23. Indemnity
The Subscriber agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnlimitedViralIdeas.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content the Subscriber submits, posts, transmits, modifies or otherwise makes available through the Services, the Subscriber’s use of the Services, their connection to the Services, their violation of the Agreement, or their violation of any rights of another.The failure of UnlimitedViralIdeas.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will only be effective if in writing and signed by UnlimitedViralIdeas.com

24. Modification of Service
If UnlimitedViralIdeas.com chooses to terminate the service, the Subscriber shall be entitled to either continue to receive their service until the end of the paid term, or receive a prorated refund based on the number of days left in their subscription at the time of termination.UnlimitedViralIdeas.com may also temporarily suspend the Services by using the pause feature on the Subscriber's subscription. In such cases, the Subscriber will be notified in advance. This paused period will not count towards the Subscriber's current subscription term, effectively extending the duration of service equivalent to the paused period.This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by the Subscriber but may be assigned by UnlimitedViralIdeas.com without restriction. This includes transfers made as a result of a corporate restructuring, sale of assets, merger, or acquisition, ensuring continuity of service under the terms of the agreement.

25. Notices
Any notices to the Subscriber may be made via either email, on the portal website chat system (https://unlimitedyoutubeideas.manyrequests.io/) or regular mail. The Service may also provide notices of changes to the Agreement or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to the Subscriber generally on the Service. This ensures that the Subscriber is well-informed about any significant changes or requirements.

26. Feedback and Reviews
The Subscriber grants Oscarvltr Limited the right to use any feedback or reviews provided in relation to the service for promotional purposes or service improvement.

27. Use of Third-Party Services
The service's functionality may depend on third-party platforms and services. Oscarvltr Limited is not responsible for any disruptions or changes in these third-party services that may affect the delivery of its service.
